Kidz Dance Kompany presents In Bloom

The critically-acclaimed and award-winning Kidz Danz Kompany, San Diego’s premier children’s dance company, presents “In Bloom”, a KDK Core Concert, at the MP Dance Performance Space.

KDK Core is the pre-professional program of Mounarath Powell Dance School and made up of teen dancers who are working toward pursuing careers in dance. Dancers who have been a part of this program have gone on to receive college scholarships, perform on the professional stage in major modern and ballet companies, and to Broadway. Additionally, Kidz Danz Kompany members have advanced to working for MPD as dancers, teachers, and choreographers. In-Bloom features eight KDK Core members and three Core apprentices with new dance pieces, past repertoire, and first-time choreographers.
